About Robert Bettin

I became a certified personal trainer because of my own experience with exercise and weight loss. Just over three years ago I weighed over 245 pounds and was in stage II hypertension, today I weigh 170 pounds with an average blood pressure reading of 115/75. I have benefited immensely from my weight loss, so I decided to help others achieve their fitness goals. I have had the pleasure of working with all different fitness levels and age groups. I have been able to help clients loose weight, increase muscle strength/size, increase both aerobic/anaerobic endurance and improve flexibility.

30 Day Training Package - Includes:  Initial Consultation via Skype/Phone/Email, Individual Training Program, Assessments, Up to 5 weekly workouts.  Only $59 per month

90 Day Training Package - Includes all of the above and access to Evolution Nutrition Meal Planning.  Save $10 per month and receive meal planning.  Only $149

Hybrid Training - Monthly - One in person training session to complete assessments, go over training plan, demonstrate exercises and evaluate progress.  Includes all of the features of on-line training.  Only $79 per month.

Hybrid Training - Bi-weekly - One in person training session every other week.  Includes all the features of the on-line training and hybrid training.  Only $99 per month.
